Location: HVMG Foot & Ankle Office
Work Hours: 2 to 3 days/week, primarily daylight hours. May require evening hours for events.
The Podiatry Residency Coordinator provides specialized administrative support to the Podiatry Program Director, Faculty, and Regional Director of Physician Practices to facilitate the efficient functioning of the Podiatry Residency Program.
REQUIRED
High school diploma or GED. Ability to re-adjust priorities and focus attention as required of a fast paced environment. Ability to record and transcribe minutes, file, transcribe dictation, perform math calculations and use standard office equipment and a multi-line phone. Must demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, skills in planning and organizing meetings, events, etc., and excellent communication skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software, able to create queries and reports in access.
PREFERRED
Associates degree in business or related field. Experience in healthcare or academic setting. Medical terminology course or equivalent, time management skills.
