$25–$27/hr | Full-Time | Optional 4x10 Schedule
Bill Luke CDJR moves over 800 vehicles a month, and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Wholesale Title Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
If you know Arizona title regulations inside and out, have hands-on dealership title experience, and can keep pace with a high-volume retail operation without sacrificing accuracy, we want to talk to you.
Pay & Schedule
● $25–$27 per hour, depending on experience

● Optional 4-day, 10-hour schedule

What You'll Do
● Process wholesale automotive title work accurately and efficiently
● Submit title paperwork through third-party MVD providers
● Research and resolve title discrepancies
● Process wholesale sales through accounting verifying gross
● Partner closely with the Sales and Finance teams
● Maintain full compliance with Arizona title regulations
● Manage a high-volume workflow while consistently meeting deadlines
What You'll Need
This position requires prior dealership title experience.
● Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership title clerk experience
● Ability to handle a high-volume workload
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
● Must pass a background check and drug screening
This is not an entry-level role. Candidates without prior automotive dealership title experience will not be considered.
