Job Summary
BlueStripe Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable, motivated, and professional OTR Box Truck Driver to operate a 26-ft box truck.
We are looking for a driver who takes pride in being safe, reliable, organized, and on time. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys over-the-road driving, is comfortable being away from home for extended periods, and wants to grow with a transportation company that values communication, accountability, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- OTR and/or box truck driving experience preferred
- Must successfully complete BlueStripe Logistics company training
- Clean driving record with no accidents or moving violations within the past 3 years
- Comfortable remaining OTR for extended periods of up to 3 months
- Committed to maintaining excellent on-time pickup and delivery performance
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Dependable, responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
- Professional when communicating with dispatch, brokers, customers, and other industry professionals
- Motivated to grow with a reliable and professional transportation team
Compensation
- 20% of gross load revenue
- $100 performance bonus for every $1,000 in gross revenue above $7,000
- Company contributes a percentage toward approved hotel expenses
- Weekly compensation
- Opportunity for compensation review based on performance
OTR Expectations
This is an over-the-road position, not a local driving position. Applicants must be comfortable traveling throughout the United States and remaining OTR for extended periods.
Drivers are expected to maintain consistent communication with dispatch, properly document freight, meet pickup and delivery expectations, follow all applicable DOT/FMCSA requirements, and maintain company equipment professionally.

- This opportunity pays 20% of gross load revenue than a fixed hourly wage or salary. Do you understand and accept this compensation structure?
