Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas as required.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed to uphold hygiene standards across all areas.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or appliances safely using manual handling techniques.
- Manage housekeeping supplies inventory and restock materials as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct outdoor work, including outdoor cleaning tasks when necessary.
- Follow established protocols for janitorial duties and custodial responsibilities to maintain a safe environment.
- Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules and maintaining detailed records of completed tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, safely and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the shift.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude towards residents or clients.
- Outdoor work experience is preferred for roles involving yard or exterior maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment and methods is advantageous.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
