Now Hiring: Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher
We are seeking a qualified, passionate Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This position is ideal for an educator who is committed to providing high-quality instruction, maintaining compliance with Georgia Pre-K and Bright from the Start standards, and creating a nurturing, engaging classroom environment.
Position Requirements (Must Meet Georgia Pre-K Standards)
✔ Georgia Pre-K approved credential, such as:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (or approved related field), OR
- Bachelor’s Degree + Georgia Pre-K certification, OR
- Other credentials approved by DECAL / Georgia Pre-K
✔ Georgia Pre-K Training Requirements
- Completed (or willing to complete) all required Georgia Pre-K training hours
- Knowledge of GELDS and Georgia Pre-K curriculum standards
✔ Experience
- Experience working in a Georgia Pre-K classroom preferred
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
- Ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
✔ Compliance & Professional Requirements
- Must meet Bright from the Start (DECAL) background check requirements
- Current CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and lesson plans
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
