The General Manager (GM) is responsible for managing the sales and order fulfillment processes and teams at the NJ/NY branch located in Parsippany, NJ. This includes overall strategic planning and execution of sales and order fulfillment functions to assure the company’s continued growth and profitability with specific emphasis on sales growth, process improvement, customer satisfaction, cost of quality, and people development. Responsible for P & L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Responsible to lead members of management effectively to deliver total customer satisfaction, company profitability, and market share growth. The ideal candidate will be an experience and dedicated leader across sales and operational teams with a successful track record increasing revenue. This is an on-site role with limited travel. The Parsippany branch office is located at 345 Walsh Drive, Parsippany NJ.
The targeted pay range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
