Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated elementary a.r.a.b.i.c Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in e.g.y.p.t.i.a.n. a.r.a.b.i.c. language instruction for young learners and have a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This position involves creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where children can develop their language skills through engaging activities and culturally relevant learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with preschool educational goals and incorporate thelanguage acquisition.
- Create engaging activities that promote language development, including storytelling, songs, games, and arts and crafts.
- Instructional Delivery:
- Conduct lessons in the language using effective teaching strategies to support the development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and cultural appreciation among elementary students.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
- Assess students' language abilities and progress regularly through observation, informal assessments, and documentation.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and collaborate with colleagues and parents to support individualized learning goals.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement classroom routines and procedures that promote independence, responsibility, and respect among preschool-aged children.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians regarding students' progress, activities, and upcoming events.
- Collaborate with other preschool staff to integrate the language learning into interdisciplinary activities and school-wide events.
- Professional Development:
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and language instruction through professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions.
- Participate actively in team meetings, school events, and professional learning communities.
Qualifications:
- Montessori Education Knowldge or certification preferred.
- IB project based knowledge preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Language Education, or a related field.
- Native in A.r.a.b.i.c. language ( E.g.y.p.t.i.a.n Dialect).
- Experience teaching young children in a elementary setting.
- Knowledge of elementary principles and instructional strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Excellent communication skills in both languages

- Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
