Skillforce is searching for experienced Journeyman Commercial and Industrial Electricians to join our growing team! We are gearing up for a busy year and we have full-time, steady work on multiple commercial and industrial projects throughout the Baltimore area.
Pay range: $32-35/hr depending on experience and license.

Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise electrical installations
Set panels, boxes, and install fixtures per project specs
Pull wire, terminate, and run/bend EMT and rigid conduit
Follow all safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
Maintain top-tier workmanship and jobsite safety standards
5+ years of commercial and industrial electrical experience
Strong skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, and fixture installation
Ability to read blueprints and properly set panels/boxes
Your own hand tools and PPE
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
