Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Sewer and Water Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing essential underground utility systems. Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of sewer lines, water supply systems, stormwater systems, and sanitary drainage systems according to construction plans and blueprint specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to support pipe installation, pipe laser alignment, concrete finishing, welding, and utility trenching activities
- Locate underground utilities using utility locating equipment to prevent damage during excavation activities
- Follow all safety regulations including federal construction safety standards to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Support construction site operations by following detailed instructions for trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and compaction processes
