Respond to water/fire damage emergencies
-
Perform cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration work

Operate restoration equipment
-
Maintain tools, vehicles, and job documentation

Provide excellent customer service

Lead and supervise restoration crews
-
Manage job schedules and quality control
-
Communicate with customers and project managers

Train technicians and ensure OSHA safety compliance

Strong work ethic and reliability

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

Valid driver’s license

Can pass a background check according to industry standards and company policy

Construction, restoration, cleaning, or trade experience preferred

Supervisors should have leadership or industry experience

IICRC Certification
