Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, body waxing, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
- Deliver expert nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and applying eyelash extensions to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
- Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades for hair coloring and nail art designs that complement clients’ skin tones and preferences.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs, suggest suitable treatments, and upsell additional services or retail products.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends in hair styling, lash extensions, skin care, and body treatments to offer innovative solutions.
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied.
Skills
- Proficiency in cosmetology techniques including hair styling, barbering, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Expertise in nail care procedures such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art design.
- Knowledge of color theory for effective hair coloring and creative nail design.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with retail math for managing product sales efficiently.
