Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to build rapport with customers, solve problems effectively, and provide excellent service.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email quickly, courteously, and efficiently.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines and stay current on updates.
- Use critical thinking to solve problems and determine the best solutions for customers.
- Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to ensure customer needs are met.
- Manage a high volume of calls throughout the workday.
- Provide support in quoting, pricing, purchasing, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, manufacturers, and customers.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- General computer skills (Microsoft Office & Outlook).
- Plumbing or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
