APHIX is now taking applications and resumes for an Account Manager position.
The basic function of the Account Manager is to be responsible for maintaining the relationship and communication with APHIX customers. Account Manager will work simultaneously with the Production Manager to ensure that all projects are completed within the allotted time frame, on schedule, within budget for materials, and in keeping with the quality standards of APHIX; these items will ensure that each customer is 100% satisfied with all work performed by APHIX. Account manager must have a strong work ethic, enjoy interacting with the public, management skills, decision-making skills, computer skills, and the ability to oversee multiple large commercial accounts. Account manager must enjoy interacting with people as clients are number one focus.
Degree in horticulture or business management; or equivalent in industry experience required. Previous management experience required. Please contact for more details or to schedule an interview.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer communication in a timely manner
- Achieve annual contract renewals
- Recommend proper horticulture procedures and property improvements
- Quickly respond and resolve customer problems and concerns to ensure quality expectations are satisfactory
- Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking
Compensation:
- Commissions paid quarterly and annually
- No ceilings on sales goals
- Pay range listed in the job posting does include eligible commissions in one year
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Ability to discuss landscape principles
