Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
Conduct bedside rounding, code responses, and performs other tasks as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and discharge summaries
Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
