Shadow Ridge Country Club is seeking a Bar Manager for our upscale golf Simulator Lounge. The ideal individual is a leader with the ability to assist Food and Beverage Management in achieving the quality customer service experience that Shadow Ridge Country Club is known for.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, upscale casual dining and golf simulator lounge, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and drink preparation, and smooth shift management. This position offers an opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to manage employees and also fill in as a server and bartender to earn gratuity.

A typical day would include…
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including food preparation, beverage service, and customer interactions.
- Lead staff training and development initiatives to ensure high standards of service.
- Maintain cleanliness standards across kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide attentive and hospitable service to our Members and guests.
- Show a sense of urgency and knowledge of product and services provided

The ideal candidate is/has…
- Experience in a country club
- Education or experience in the hospitality industry
- Bartending experience preferred
- Outgoing, confident, courteous and professional
