Estimator / Purchasing – Concrete & Sitework
Concrete and Site-work company is looking for an experienced estimator to join our office. You'll be responsible for reading plans and specs, performing accurate quantity takeoffs, preparing competitive bids, and handling material purchasing for concrete and sitework projects.
What you'll do:
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications
- Perform material and labor takeoffs for concrete and site/excavation work
- Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals
- Source, price, and purchase materials from suppliers
- Track orders and coordinate deliveries to job sites
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subs on pricing
What we're looking for:
- Prior estimating experience in concrete and/or sitework
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Comfortable with takeoff and estimating software
- Experience sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers
- Strong attention to detail and organized
Full-time, in-office position. Competitive pay based on experience.
