Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physiotherapy practices, with experience in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. As a Physical Therapist, you will develop personalized care plans, deliver expert patient care, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes across diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions through detailed evaluations, utilizing physiology and anatomy knowledge to inform treatment strategies.
- Design and implement individualized care plans that incorporate evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics.
- Provide therapeutic interventions across various settings including inpatient hospital units, outpatient clinics, home health visits, and community care environments.
- Manage discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home or community care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies.
- Document patient progress accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while adhering to medical terminology standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care efforts.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist with relevant state credentials.
- Proven experience in acute care, hospital environments, outpatient clinics, or home health settings.
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice.
- Experience in discharge planning, care plan development, and patient education.
- Knowledge of EMR systems for documentation and treatment tracking purposes.
- Familiarity with pediatric and geriatric populations to tailor interventions accordingly.

Pay: $47.00 - $55.00 per hour
