TITLE: Day Porter
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance
REPORTS TO: Community Manager / Maintenance Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY: The Beachwalk Day Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept property. This role involves daily cleaning, landscaping, and light maintenance tasks. The Day Porter reports directly to the Property Manager.
Requirements:

Must be a United States Citizen

Possess a valid driver’s license

Have reliable transportation

16 years or older
General Duties:
- Follow the Day Porter checklist to ensure all daily tasks are completed.

Perform janitorial duty of restrooms and common areas, sanitizing, window washing, sweeping, and mopping.
- Perform exterior landscaping tasks including leaf blowing, weed eating, and light trimming and general grounds upkeep

Complete light maintenance and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Respond to spontaneous tasks as directed by the Property Manager.
Required Skills:

Able to perform moderate to heavy lifting (51+ pounds)

Willing and able to work in all types of weather

Basic landscaping and cleaning experience preferred

Must be able to stand for 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation

Able to work independently and communicate with supervisors
Education Requirements:
