This is an in-person position, where you will engage directly with customers and represent AT&T products and services face-to-face.
As a Bilingual AT&T Customer Service Representative, you will represent AT&T’s industry-leading telecom products and services, including wireless plans, device upgrades, and bundled solutions. In this in-person role, you will connect with a diverse customer base, using your bilingual communication skills to ensure every customer fully understands AT&T offerings and receives the best solution for their needs.

Bilingual AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in-person in both languages to present AT&T wireless services and products clearly and effectively
- The Bilingual AT&T Customer Service Representative actively listens to understand customer needs and recommends appropriate AT&T wireless plans or upgrades
- Process sales orders and manage AT&T customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist customers in-person with AT&T account updates, service questions, and basic troubleshooting
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering a positive and informative in-person AT&T experience
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on AT&T promotions, services, and product offerings
- Work closely with team members and management to improve AT&T sales strategies and customer engagement
- Maintain accurate records and complete AT&T enrollments or service updates efficiently
Bilingual AT&T Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Bilingual (required) with the ability to communicate fluently and confidently in both languages in an in-person setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in in-person customer interactions
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, in-person work environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills in an in-person AT&T sales environment
