We are seeking detail‑oriented and motivated individuals to join the Patient Financial Services team as a Medical Biller (Hospital Care Investigator). You will play a key role in the revenue cycle process, ensuring claims are accurate, payments are posted, and patient accounts are maintained with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit claims (paper & electronic)
- Resolve billing edits and denials
- Post payments and apply adjustments
- Audit patient accounts for accuracy
- Provide billing customer service and document interactions
- Generate aging reports and follow up with patients/insurers
What We’re Looking For
- Hands‑on EPIC system and insurance billing processes required
- Strong background in medical billing, edits, denials, and claims follow‑up
- Education: 1 year of experience with a bachelor's degree or associate/GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
