Position Summary
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last impression of the guest experience. You will welcome guests with genuine hospitality, create a warm and inviting atmosphere, and support the overall flow of service to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Create a welcoming first impression and ensure guests feel cared for from arrival to departure
- Manage guest seating and assist with maintaining the flow of the dining room
- Help clear, clean, and reset tables to support seamless service
- Assist servers and team members with guest service needs when needed
- Communicate effectively with the dining room team to support an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining areas
- Help create a positive, team-oriented environment built on hospitality and respect
