Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled welder specializing in MIG welding techniques to join our team at Accurpress Inc. in Willmar, MN. As a welder, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating welding machinery, and fabricating metal components to precise specifications. Attention to detail and proficiency in MIG welding are crucial for this role.
Duties
- Perform MIG welding on metal components according to blueprints and specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions
- Inspect welds and metalwork to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy
- Maintain welding equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience or equivalent welding school training; 2+ years preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Welding certification is a plus but not required
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
