Position: Supply Chain Manager
Compensation: $145000 - $160000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Huntsville, Arkansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven supply chain leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The team is seeking someone who can step in and lead with confidence, strengthen operations, and support critical purchasing and supply chain functions. This role was opened to bring in a stronger leader who can effectively manage people and help drive day-to-day performance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead supply chain operations and support daily purchasing activities
- Manage team members and provide clear direction
- Build strong vendor and supplier relationships
- Oversee procurement processes and material flow
- Support planning, inventory, and delivery coordination
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
- Partner with internal teams to align supply chain needs
- Ensure compliance with regulated manufacturing requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in electronics manufacturing supply chain leadership
- Background in aerospace, defense, or regulated industries
- Procurement or supply chain experience in a government-regulated environment
- Strong leadership experience managing people
- Ability to handle personnel and management-related responsibilities
- Working knowledge of FAR or similar regulatory terms
- Relocation willingness required for the Huntsville area
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting cross-functional manufacturing teams
- Familiarity with inventory and supplier performance management
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
- Experience in high-accountability production environments
