Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Armed and Unarmed Security Officer with a strong emphasis on customer service to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only excel in traditional security tasks, but will also possess excellent interpersonal skills to provide our retail client with a welcoming and secure experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Provide assistance and directions to customers as needed.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborate with client staff members to maintain a cohesive and secure environment.
- Remain professional with our client employees and customers.
- Complete accurate incident reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
* Black Suit and Tie
- Previous experience in security or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and keen observation skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid security license or willingness to obtain one.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
