About the Role:
The Automotive Sales Associate (bilingual-Spanish) plays a critical role in driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer service within a dynamic dealership environment. This position requires engaging with a diverse customer base, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase. The associate will leverage bilingual communication skills to effectively connect with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction. Success in this role contributes directly to the dealership’s revenue growth and reputation for outstanding customer experience. The associate will also collaborate closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
