In this role, you will play a key part in building and shaping a high-performing, people-focused organization while contributing to our long-term success. Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance and the law
Reviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditions
Creating the work break down structure, define and sequence the activities
Estimating resource requirements incl. duration and developing the master schedule
Acquiring the project team through departments, optimal for the given scope of work
Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
Establishing communication to project team and customer on a regular base
Identifying and analyzing project risks, monitor and control those risks
Monitoring and controlling project work, schedule and budget
Managing project invoicing and cash flow
Identifying and managing changes during project execution
Approving final project deliverables
Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities
Administering the contract and closing the project
Ensuring completeness of project documentation
Documenting lessons learned and best practices
Authority about
Deciding on all relevant subjects to achieve the project’s objectives, including the use of resources and funds, in line with the project budget
Requesting all relevant information from the Sales Manager
Propose and release team members in close cooperation with the department heads
Delegating tasks to assigned, qualified project team members and instructing them within the project needs
Interjecting on the selection of suppliers and contractors
Receiving project status information from project team members and project relevant information from supporting functions
Escalation towards Regional Business Managers

Education/Experience:
Degree with an engineering or technical focus or comparable training with relevant experience?
Proven Record of own managed successful multi business lines projects over 5 - 7 years with medium-high complexity
solid technical and operational understanding
advanced “sales” knowledge about the respective product and service portfolio
Several years of experience in the Asset Integrity and Pipeline Industry
Expertise in pipeline condition assessment, including basic knowledge and practical experience with integrity assessments according to industry
understanding of pipeline inspection technologies
Ability to manage projects with high and very high complexity
Mentoring, training, supervisory skills
Problem solving skills
Self-motivation, and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
