We maintain a 2:1 student-to-teacher ratio, ensuring tailored educational plans that meet each student's unique needs.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, fostering student success, and adapting to each learner's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction in a small classroom environment.
- Develop and implement customized educational programs for each student.
- Collaborate with families and stakeholders to understand and address each student's needs.
- Foster a nurturing learning environment, encouraging student confidence and skill-building.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the changing needs and circumstances of students.
- Provide constructive feedback and continuous support to students.
- Maintain open and effective communication with students, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to connect with children, including neurodiverse children.
- Strong communication skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
