Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue growth across our gym operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of retail sales strategies, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. The successful applicant will play a key role in implementing effective sales techniques and fostering a positive environment that promotes customer satisfaction and team engagement.

Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients through promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze retail math data, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks related to store expenses, and assist with budgeting efforts.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations, provide coaching on sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, store policies, and operational procedures including shift management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management or as an assistant manager
- Strong background in sales management with expertise in negotiation, pricing strategies, and customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills coupled with phone etiquette expertise for engaging customers professionally.
Pay: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
