Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Remodeling Carpenter with extensive experience in kitchens, bathrooms, and home additions. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling projects.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinetry, trim, doors, siding, flooring, and other woodwork components with precision.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for woodworking safely and efficiently to complete framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, rebar installation, and water damage restoration.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for residential projects while maintaining safety protocols.
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, moldings, and hardware with attention to detail.
- Conduct site preparation including dust protection, floor protection and careful management of occupied homes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment; adhere strictly to power tool safety standards at all times.
Skills
- Extensive experience in residential carpentry including kitchens, baths, additions, and remodeling projects.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings for construction plans.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers; power tools including drills, saws for woodworking; woodworking machines; metal stud framing tools; rebar benders; plastering equipment; and flooring installation tools.
- Strong knowledge of wood construction materials like siding, trim carpentry materials, MDF or plywood for cabinetry.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately to ensure precise project execution.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols including power tool safety standards.
- Experience working on construction sites with a focus on residential projects—installing doors hanging systems or fixtures as needed.
- Capable of heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience for addressing unexpected challenges during projects.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
