Help families protect what matters most.
No cold calling. No prospecting. No networking quotas. No hunting.
About the Role
Robbins Estate Law is looking for an exceptional Estate Planning Consultant to join our growing team.
This isn't a cold-calling sales job. You won't be prospecting or chasing leads.
Instead, you'll spend your day meeting with families who have already taken the first step by scheduling an appointment with us. Your role is to understand their goals, educate them on their options, earn their trust, and confidently guide them toward the estate plan that's right for their family.
You'll have 4-5 consultations each day. Every conversation is different because every family is different—but the process is proven, structured, and repeatable.
If spending your day helping people make one of the most important financial and family decisions of their lives sounds rewarding, this may be exactly what you're looking for.
What You'll Do
- Meet with 4-5 prospective clients each day in scheduled one-hour consultations
- Build trust quickly by listening first and understanding each family's goals
- Educate clients on estate planning strategies in a clear, compassionate way
- Recommend the appropriate planning solution for each family's situation
- Confidently ask for the business and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Prepare complete, accurate intake information for our estate planning attorneys
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience using our proven consultation process
- Assist and support in monthly educational seminars presented by the CEO.
Who Thrives Here
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people.
A full day of conversations energizes you rather than drains you.
You don't need the excitement of chasing new prospects every day. Instead, you enjoy mastering a proven process, building trust quickly, and helping people make confident decisions.
You probably describe yourself as someone who:
- Loves talking with people from all walks of life
- Builds rapport naturally
- Asks thoughtful questions before offering solutions
- Is confident asking for the business when it's the right fit
- Enjoys following a proven system rather than reinventing the wheel
- Brings positive energy to every conversation, even the fifth meeting of the day
- Finds satisfaction in helping families rather than simply making a sale
What We're Looking For
- Experience in consultative sales, financial services, legal services, healthcare, real estate, or another relationship-based sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Comfortable discussing significant financial decisions with clients
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Coachable and eager to master a structured sales process
Estate planning experience is a plus—but we can teach estate planning. We're looking for someone who already knows how to build trust, communicate clearly, and guide people toward good decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Paid training
- Health benefits
- Paid time off
- Supportive team environment
- Opportunity for long-term career growth
