Imani Global Logistics, Inc. is an established delivery and logistics provider with over 4 years of industry experience. We are currently hiring dependable, safety-minded drivers to service routes out of the Tulsa FedEx terminal.
Pay & Benefits
- Daily Rate: $150.00 to $200.00 per day (based on experience).
- Paid Training: Fully paid training program to set you up for success.
- Uniforms: Full FedEx-approved uniforms provided at no cost.
- Performance Bonuses: Extra daily/weekly incentives paid out based on route efficiency and safety.
- $1,000 Graduated Bonus Program:
- $500 Sign-on: $250 after training & first 30 days; $250 at 90 days.
- $500 Performance: Based on your 90-day review, unlock $250 at 6 months and $250 at 12 months.
- Accrued paid time off (PTO).
- Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every Friday.
Schedule & Career Path
- Schedule: Day shifts. We operate 7 days a week; weekend availability is required.
- Advancement: For top-performing drivers, we offer clear pathways into Lead Driver and Trainer roles.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow all DOT regulations.
- Complete residential and commercial deliveries/pickups accurately and on schedule.
- Perform pre-trip inspections, organize your truck daily, and use scanning equipment to track packages.
- Maintain professional customer service at all stops and follow FedEx uniform dress code standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of professional delivery experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, or equivalent). Badged FedEx drivers are highly preferred.
- Age: At least 21 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (No CDL required).
- Screenings: Must pass a DOT physical, background check, and a pre-employment drug screening.Note: FedEx requires safety-sensitive drug screening. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy, which includes medical marijuana.
Physical Requirements
- Stepping in and out of a truck, climbing stairs, and walking driveways all day.
- Lifting packages up to 75 lbs solo (and up to 150 lbs using provided hand trucks/equipment).
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, snow).
Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
