Pay: $27.00 - $50.00 per hour (Experience Dependent)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial plumbing systems throughout the Phoenix market. This role is responsible for responding to service calls, troubleshooting plumbing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has strong commercial plumbing experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This individual will interact directly with customers and serve as a trusted representative of the organization while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems and equipment

Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems

Repair and replace fixtures, valves, water heaters, piping systems, pumps, and related equipment

Identify plumbing deficiencies and provide recommendations for repairs or system improvements

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing schematics as needed

Document service activities, inspections, repairs, and customer recommendations

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects

Communicate effectively with customers, facility managers, and internal teams

Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Maintain service vehicle inventory, tools, and equipment

Support emergency service calls and after-hours work when required

Promote a safe work environment and follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through quality workmanship and responsive service
Qualifications
-
3+ years of commercial plumbing service experience

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Experience servicing commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, pumps, piping, and water distribution systems

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
