Position: Junior Payroll Team Member

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly collaborative and adaptable Junior Payroll Team Member to join our dynamic team in Dorado . This is a in person position. In this role, you will support daily accounting operations while providing excellent hospitality to our clients and suppliers. Because our office is a fast-paced and highly interactive environment, this position is ideal for a team player who thrives in an open workspace and enjoys constant collaboration rather than working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 100% collaboratively with other team members. This is not an isolated role; you will be engaging and partnering with colleagues constantly throughout the day.
- Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact, delivering excellent customer service and hospitality to all clients and suppliers.
- Utilize payroll software and spreadsheets to manage, update, data efficiently and accurately.
- Navigate a bustling, open-concept workspace gracefully, managing daily tasks effectively despite ambient noise and frequent interruptions.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Schedule: Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Overtime: Available and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Workspace Setting: This role is located in an open, shared workspace without a private office. The ideal candidate must be highly comfortable and productive in a lively environment with frequent interruptions and background noise.
Professional Qualifications & Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of two to three years of successfully working with Peachtree and or in accounting department
- Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate with high professional clarity in both languages across all platforms.
- Experience working within diverse, multicultural communities and a deep commitment to the school’s mission of global citizenship and excellence.
- Full compliance with all local regulatory requirements, including a valid Law 300 clearance, updated Health Certificate, and all other documentation required by law and as part of employment requirements.
Salary: 32,000.00 Plus a excellent benefit package
