About the Role:
World Of Love Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in the Douglasville area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by delivering high-quality, personalized care right in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to home care patients in the Douglasville and greater Atlanta area
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic procedures as ordered
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home safety
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations and standards of care
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
- Previous home health, hospice, or community nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits in the Douglasville area
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality care
