At PointBank, we’re looking for a Branch Operations Manager who can energize a team, create exceptional customer experiences, and help drive branch success. We're hiring for in Aubrey, and Corinth!
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team through hiring, training, scheduling, and development.
- Drive branch growth through sales, referrals, and relationship-building opportunities.
- Oversee teller operations and new account activities while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage branch cash levels, vault operations, audits, and daily balancing procedures.
- Educate customers on fraud prevention and provide solutions that make banking easier.
- Ensure the branch is organized, well-stocked, and always ready to deliver outstanding service.
- Support community involvement initiatives and represent PointBank with pride.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen team performance.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Financial services or banking experience (required)
- Leadership or management experience (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
