Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Preventative Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients directly at their location to provide preventative health services, support client needs, and promote overall wellness. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities and strong computer skills are highly valued to ensure effective interaction with diverse client populations and seamless data management.
Familiarity with insurance eligibility process, coding and diagnosis codes is a must.
Duties
- Conduct onsite preventative health consultations with clients
- Screening and insurance eligibility confirmation.
- Provide exceptional customer support and client services during visits
- Assist with data entry related to client information, service records, and follow-up actions
- Manage outbound calling efforts to schedule appointments, follow up on services, or gather feedback
- Utilize Google Workspace and other computer applications to document interactions and generate reports
- Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone
- Support sales efforts by promoting preventative care programs and services
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health safety guidelines during all interactions
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience in sales or client engagement is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Outbound calling experience or call center background is advantageous
- Good analysis skills for assessing client needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in customer support or healthcare-related roles is beneficial

Pay: $23.32 - $35.00 per hour
