What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own revenue performance (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23performance&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) across 1–3 client accounts
- Manage and lead closers (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23closers&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) + setters (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23setters&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) daily
- Run daily sales (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23sales&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) meetings, pipeline reviews, and call breakdowns
Track and optimize key KPIs:
- Show rate
- Close rate
- EPC (earnings per call)
- Revenue per rep
- Hire, train, and replace underperformers fast
- Optimize scripts, objection handling, and call structure
- Work directly with leadership on offer, funnel, and sales strategy
- Ensure CRM (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23crm&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) and pipeline (GHL (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23ghl&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED)) is clean, accurate, and actionable
What You MUST Have (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years in high-ticket sales
- Proven experience as a closer (you've actually closed deals yourself)
- Experience hiring, managing, and scaling sales teams
Strong understanding of:
- Webinars
- VSL funnels
- Challenges
- Live / in-person event sales
Proficiency in:
- GoHighLevel (GHL)
- ClickUp
- Ability to run daily team calls and enforce accountability
- Extremely detail-oriented (you notice what others miss)
