Semper Speed & Marine is a busy marine dealership looking for a motivated full-time team member to join our crew. We are searching for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn the marine industry.
This position involves daily interaction with customers both in person and over the phone, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must. We are looking for an honest, dependable team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a hardworking team.

JOB DUTIES CONSISTS OF
Primary Duties:
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily service calendar
- Check in boats and create service work orders
- Coordinate with technicians regarding job status and repair timelines
- Order parts needed for service repairs and track backordered items
- Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals
- Assist customers with questions regarding maintenance, repairs, and warranty coverage
- Submit warranty claims and insurance claims
- Bill and collect payments for completed services
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates by phone and email
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with the parts and sales departments to support customer needs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Stand for long periods of time
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience with boats is a plus, whether professionally or recreationally.
