We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Account Manager to support and maintain client accounts through direct, in-person interaction. This role focuses on providing account support, communicating with customers, and ensuring a positive overall experience across multiple client programs.

Responsibilities
- Meet with customers face-to-face to review account details and provide support
- Serve as a point of contact for questions related to services and account updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
- Work with internal team members to support client objectives and retention efforts
- Communicate updates, feedback, and customer needs to leadership
- Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience
