Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

AllFix is a local home repair and electrical company serving Grant and Adams County. We help homeowners with full scale remodels, repairs, maintenance, electrical needs, and handyman projects with professionalism, care, and follow-through.
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative to be one of the first voices our customers hear when they contact AllFix.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, gather job details, support field technicians, and help create a smooth customer experience from the first call through job completion.
This role is a great fit for someone who is calm under pressure, enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can stay organized in a fast-moving construction/home service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Gather accurate customer information, including name, contact details, service address, and project details.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians and crews.
- Communicate with appointment updates, delays, and follow-up information to customers.
- Enter and update customer/job information accurately in the company system.
- Help prioritize urgent service needs and communicate important details to the team.
- Follow up with customers after service when needed.
- Support review requests, customer satisfaction follow-up, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude with customers and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, office, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience in construction, trades, electrical, home services, or property maintenance is a plus.
- Strong phone communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional with upset or frustrated customers.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Comfortable using phones, email, scheduling systems, and basic computer programs.
- Reliable attendance and strong follow-through.
- Positive team-focused attitude.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is warm, steady, organized, and solution focused. You do not need to know everything about construction, but you do need to be willing to learn, ask good questions, take clear notes, and help customers feel taken care of.
