- Provide excellent customer service and serve as a reliable point of contact for accounts within the team.
- Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to confirm loads are accepted, accurate, and properly built.
- Monitor and respond to customer, carrier, and internal emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with carriers, primary contacts, and internal team members.
- Assist with shipment tracking and provide timely updates throughout the delivery process.
- Support dispatch, check-calling, load booking, and day-to-day freight coordination as needed.
- Communicate consistently with customers to support service quality, strengthen relationships, and help grow accounts.
- Stay aware of market trends and lane conditions to help secure competitive truck rates.
- Provide customers with accurate updates on carrier locations, delivery status, potential issues, and delays.
- Maintain accurate notes and load information in the TMS for clear visibility and follow-up.
- Take initiative to resolve customer questions or concerns, working with team leadership to identify effective solutions.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable follow-up for assigned accounts.
- Support accurate invoicing, rate management, and account documentation.
