Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality standards, including fine dining options and banquet setups.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, bathrooms and kitchen equipment following strict food safety sanitizing procedure
- Handle manual tasks such as, processing transactions using POS systems, and managing food portions precisely.
- Assist with food handling duties
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health regulations; support food preparation activities as needed.
Skills
- Experience in food service roles, including restaurant or hospitality environments is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude; capable of engaging with diverse guests confidently.
- Operating POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Training will be provided for franchise specific work processes
