We're a growing web design company based in Charleston seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you'll proactively reach out to small business owners through outbound calling, engage them in compelling conversations, and show them how a professional website can grow their business. Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to small business owners from the lead lists we provide to generate interest in our web design services
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding each owner's needs and presenting a solution that adds real value
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective follow-up
- Use our dialer and CRM to track interactions, update customer information, and manage your sales activity efficiently
- Close deals by demonstrating the benefits of a professional website and confidently overcoming objections
- Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call, ensuring clear, persuasive, and positive interactions
- Stay informed about our products, offers, and best practices to continuously improve your sales approach
Experience
- Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus — but not required; we'll train the right person
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence handling objections and closing deals
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prospects
- Self-motivated, consistent, and coachable
