JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
Police Officer Trainee
The City of Warrensburg, Missouri, is accepting applications for the position of Patrol Officer Trainee until position is filled. The City will cover the cost of tuition, course fee and other required course-related materials and supplies of attending the Police Academy. Trainee wage is $20.07/annually. Applicants must be accepted in the Central Missouri Police Academy; possess good character; good driving record with no alcohol related offenses; no criminal record; must submit to a polygraph and drug/alcohol screening. Position also requires excellent work ethic; must be a team player and work well with the public. See Attached Files under Related Documents for full job description. Upon successful graduation from the Academy, the salary will be adjusted accordingly to current entry level officer wage rate.
Police Academy Tuition and Fees Paid $ 6,635.00
