NDT Level II Inspector (PT/MT)
We are seeking a qualified and dependable NDT Level II Inspector to perform Liquid Penetrant (PT) and Magnetic Particle (MT) inspections on aerospace components and assemblies. This role is critical to ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, and prevention of nonconforming products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform NDT inspections using PT and MT in accordance with written procedures and NAS 410 Level II requirements.
- Set up, operate and maintain NDT equipment, ensuring it remains calibrated and fully functional.
- Evaluate and interpret inspection results and accept or reject hardware in accordance with approved criteria.
- Ensure traceability and documentation of inspection results in accordance with company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance inspection processes and prevent nonconforming product escapes.
- Adhere to all company policies, including compliance with the DOT Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
Qualifications:
- Must meet the qualifications for employer-based certification as a Level II in accordance with NAS 410 for both Penetrant Inspection (PT) and Magnetic Particle (MT).
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher education degree.
- Documented classroom training and on-the-job training in applicable NDT methods.
- Prior Level II certifications and demonstrated experience performing NDT techniques.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
