Landmark Sign Company is a growing full-service commercial sign company. We help our customers get the best sign solutions for their project while saving them time, frustration, and money. We are looking for a designer with direct sign industry experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sign Design: illuminated and non-illuminated signs, monument signs, wayfinding and ADA signs, interior dimensional letters and logos, vehicle wraps, banners and temporary signage.
- Create mockups and scale drawings for clients, permit applications, and fabricators, etc.
- Consult with clients and internal team to understand design intent and project constraints.
- answering phones, emails, and online queries
- Accurately track projects using internal filing system, both paper and electronic.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Perform other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Working knowledge of common design technology: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Word, Excel, Outlook software proficient
- Working knowledge of brand standard color color management (PMS, CMYK)
- Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
- Ability to understand and effectively utilize order management systems
- Able to sit and view a computer screen for long periods
- Prior sign industry experience required
- Demonstrated ability to learn the technical aspects of a prior employer’s business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
