Job Summary
Legion Brewing is hiring a Packaging Specialist (Mechanical) to support and improve the performance of our canning and kegging equipment.
This role focuses on troubleshooting mechanical issues, minimizing downtime, and performing preventive maintenance to keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair packaging equipment and machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance on automated systems
- Identify and fix recurring mechanical issues (root cause analysis)
- Improve the performance of canning lines, conveyors, fillers, and labelers
- Support the production team during equipment breakdowns
Requirements
- 3+ years of mechanical or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with automated production or packaging equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with canning lines or packaging systems
- Background in food & beverage manufacturing
- Basic electrical or controls knowledge
Work Environment
- Hands-on role in a production/manufacturing setting
- Requires lifting, tool use, and working around machinery
- Schedule includes early mornings and occasional off-hours
Pay & Benefits
