FishEye Software is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to develop, integrate, and enhance advanced radar capabilities for mission-critical applications. In this role, you will work across the systems engineering lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate operational needs into reliable, high-performance radar solutions.
This position requires an Active Secret Clearance and is 100% on-site in Maynard, MA.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the full systems engineering lifecycle from requirements development and architecture through integration, verification, validation, and field deployment.

Develop, decompose, allocate, and maintain system and subsystem requirements including requirements traceability.

Develop and maintain system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), SysML, and CAMEO.

Support Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) architecture development and system-level architecture.

Analyze operational and test data to evaluate system performance, identify trends and anomalies, and support resolution of complex system issues.

Develop technical reports, presentations, engineering briefings, and proposal materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Active Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

5+ years of systems engineering experience supporting radar, sensor, aerospace, defense, or other complex technical systems.

Experience integrating hardware, firmware, and software systems preferably sensors or realtime mission systems

Hands-on experience with CAMEO, SysML, MBSE, and MOSA.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and test data.

Experience collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary engineering organizations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Experience supporting missile warning, air defense, or other defense-related sensor programs.

Familiarity with phased-array, surveillance, tracking, or other advanced radar and sensing technologies.

Salary Range:
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $190,000 USD. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's education, experience, skills, certifications, and other relevant qualifications, as well as applicable client or government contractual rates.
