Job Overview:
Seeking for a Production Associate to perform tasks in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working in a fast-paced environment where precision and attention to detail are highly valued.
Duties:
- Perform start-up, operation, and shut-down procedures for processing equipment
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to produce goods
- Transfer products for additional processing
- Assemble parts and components according to guidelines set by the company
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment as needed
- Ensure that all parts and components are correctly manufactured and labeled
- Assist with inventory management and control
- Inspect finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and read English fluently is required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to follow process steps
- Demonstrate an eye for detail and quality
- Accurately discern colors to ensure color accuracy throughout production process
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Propensity for growth and willingness to engage with new technologies & software
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Training and Education:
The Production Associate will receive on-the-job training, however, a background in a production or assembly environment, and/or related fields is strongly preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
