Duties
- Work on remodeling projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute design specifications
- Coordinate with co-workers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to streamline project workflows and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Use trade skills including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, masonry, roofing, and finishing touches
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to measure, cut, caulk, nail and other skilled tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience and strong background in remodeling projects
- Extensive knowledge of various trades including carpentry (frame and trim), plumbing, electrical work, cabinet installation, and flooring installation
- Ability to operate power tools safely on construction sites
- Strong communication skills for and willingness to follow direction
- Physical ability to perform demanding labor tasks in diverse environments
